The $5 notes have the lowest available serial numbers to the general public. The $5 Premium Federal Reserve Set is professionally bound into a 24-page book, which contains design images taken from the $5 note engravings. Each note is protected with acid-free polymer sleeves. Included in the set is a Certificate of Authenticity with the signatures of the Treasurer of the United States and the Director of the B.E.P. This product is a limited issue - only 2,000 worldwide.
